Princeton Search Partners is a national executive search firm specializing in leadership, professional, and high-volume hiring solutions. Their approach combines strategic industry insight with people-first recruiting. The goal of this project was to help PSP clarify their offerings and improve the digital experience for both clients and job seekers.

Design Approach
The design is clean, structured, and intentional. A limited color palette and strong typographic hierarchy help communicate confidence and credibility, while custom page layouts guide the user journey without feeling overwhelming. The team, services, and testimonials are all thoughtfully presented to build trust and highlight PSP’s value.
The Problem
The previous website didn’t clearly communicate what Princeton Search Partners actually did. Clients weren’t sure what types of search services were offered, and job seekers struggled to find the right path forward. The overall experience didn’t match the professionalism or capabilities of the firm.
The Solution
I created a new website that prioritizes clarity and ease of navigation. Visitors are now immediately guided to the right place—whether they’re looking to hire or find a new opportunity. Clear, action-oriented buttons like “Hire Talent” and “Job Seekers” direct users based on their needs, and each service is clearly broken down with supporting content.
